Prices
Unless otherwise expressly stated, all prices are Retail in Australian dollars and include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Non-Australian customers are requested to ask for prices which are exclusive of Australian GST.
Dealer prices are available upon request.
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment Terms
For Australian customers payment terms are electronic funds transfer, MASTERCARD or VISA unless as otherwise arranged. Payment can also be made via PAYPAL.
Payment Terms for overseas customers are International Bank Draft, Telegraphic Transfer, PAYPAL, MASTERCARD or VISA pre-paid before shipment, unless as otherwise arranged. All payments must be in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS. Remittances in foreign currency can not be accepted.
1. EXCALIBUR Crossbows

Warranties & Disclaimers
EXCALIBUR crossbows are warranted against manufacturing defects for a period of five years from purchase date. After that period, warranty may be given at EXCALIBUR's discretion for the lifetime of the original owner. The warranty for limbs/prods is 12 months and there is no warranty for consumable items such as strings or arrows. |
Freight, Postage and Packing
Any postage or freight allowances stated refer to Australia. All domestic parcels will be consigned via post. Postage is applied at cost.
Overseas customers are requested to ask for quotations. Unless otherwise stated all overseas parcels will be sent via Air Mail. It is recommended that all overseas consignments be insured. |
Product Availability
Some EXCALIBUR products are ex-stock, however most crossbows are not. |
2. CONTENDER Crossbows and Composite Crossbow limbs |
Warranties & Disclaimers
All Ausbow products are manufactured by skilled craftsmen.
All parts, except prods and parts manufactured by other parties are conditionally warranted for a period of 24 months from date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or materials.
Composite prods are conditionally warranted against defective workmanship and/or materials for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty is void if FASTFLITE (or KEVLAR) strings are used in conjunction with composite fibreglass and wooden prods. Only DACRON strings are recommended for use with composite prods.
Those parts supplied by Ausbow Industries but made by other parties are subject to the warranty provisions of the source company.
Ausbow Industries reserves the right to revoke this warranty, either in full or in part, subject to the consumer laws of countries of sale.
No warranty is offered for consumable items such as bolts and strings.
Ausbow Industries will accept no liability for personal accidents caused to first, second or third parties as a consequence of either misuse or mechanical failure of crossbows manufactured by Ausbow Industries, whatsoever. |

CONTENDER crossbows are assembled to custom order. Delivery lead time is typically 6 weeks.
Composite crossbow prods unless in stock have a nominal 2 week lead time. |

3. Longbows and Longbow Staves

All bows are made by a master craftsman, by hand, and are conditionally warranted for 12 months from date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or materials. AUSBOW INDUSTRIES reserves the right to revoke this warranty, either in full or in part, if in our opinion the fault was caused through misuse. |
Freight, Postage and Packing
Longbows are unable to be posted via Australia Post so all domestic orders will be sent via road freight unless otherwise advised.
Unless otherwise stated, all overseas parcels will be consigned via Air Freight. It is recommended that all overseas consignments be insured. |
Product Availability
Longbow lead time is nominally 4 weeks. |
Specify when ordering
Length, draw weight within 3lbs either side of nominal, Right or Left Hand, handle timber preference and delivery instructions. |
4. Bow Making Requisites and Kits

Warranties & Disclaimers
All AUSBOW INDUSTRIES longbow kits and blank staves are conditionally warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that epoxy glue packs have a finite shelf life as indicated by any "Use by" date on the pack. AUSBOW INDUSTRIES reserves the right to determine the extent of reparation (if any) on any claim, and cannot warrant construction and/or finishing work done by others. |

Important Crossbow information for Australian Customers
Amended legislation concerning crossbows has been introduced in most Australian States. In most Australian states, crossbows have been moved from being CONTROLLED WEAPONS to now being PROHIBITED WEAPONS. THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT THEY HAVE BEEN BANNED! This means that you now need a permit or a licence.
